Best yuzu ponzu!
Initially bought on the Clearspring site as part of a larger order, but when this ran out, I only wanted this, and not everything else, so came to check Amazon on the off chance - and lo, it delivered. Fantastic stuff. I've tried Waitrose's version, which normally does a pretty good job, but in this instance, didn't. I wouldn't bother with any other brand than Clearspring now. It reminds me very much of the sauce they serve in a particularly yummy Japanese restaurant I used to frequent, which seems like eons ago now........

Difficult to know how it compares with other Yuzu sauces
I needed to buy Yuzu for a Mary Berry recipe - which I have made several times and is a favourite with my family. However, not knowing anything about Yuzu I went with the reviews, hence choosing Clearspring. Since I have not tried any others it is difficult to give an honest rating; all I can say is that to me it is a bit lacking in flavour, but it works well with that particular recipe, and I don’t really have anything else with which to compare it. However, I have ordered it on a ‘subscribe and save’ basis.
