Does this product work on walls and ceiling?

Let sit for 10 minutes to eliminate mold and mildew on a molecular level, neutralizing spores and inhibiting fungal growth without damaging the surface being treated. Unlike bleach and other products that are only effective on non-porous surfaces, it can penetrate both soft and hard surface and destroy the roots of mold and mildew.

Does this product have a limited shelf life? Is there a product expiration date?

Yes. The product I bought January 2021 expires January 2023. Hope this helps.

Will this work on outdoor furniture and outdoor rugs?

I do not know about rugs but I have used it on plastic outdoor furniture.
