Does really help with sleep
First came across this and Glycine from the same brand in James Smith’s video on sleep.Have been taking for many months now before bed and noticed a big difference in sleep quality almost straight away. Would recommend alongside his other sleep hygiene mentions.

Great but price
4 stars for the price. It's becoming too expensive. I will combine it with other products to lower the cost.

I ordered 1 bottle, taking 3 every day,the second day I noticed that helped me with my sleep,now I am sleeping much better.I really recommend and I will order another one.very good product.

If these are for me. I definitely have lucid dream when I take them but they make me sleep a lot and they're quite pricy.

Great Magnesium
Love using this magnesium for my son to help with his anxiety and also to help with upping his vitamin d level. I open the capsule and mix some of the powder into his drink and he doesn't know, as it is tasteless.
