hello, does this blend contain erythritol?

This one that I purchased does not. It is Monkfruit/alulose blend.  Monkfriut is very sweet, but does not impact your glucose levels. Alulose, from what I've read is an insoluble fiber. It doesn't impact you glucose levels. The blend it a 1:1 substitute for sugar. I prefer this blend to erythritol blends. Erythritol has it's place in certain recipes it is preferred. But I really prefer this blend better for everyday use and in baking.

What plant does wholesome yum allulose come from?  is it non-gmo, or at least glyphosate free?

Allulose is a natural sugar that we can’t metabolize, which means it tastes and acts like sugar without spiking our blood sugar. It's naturally occurring in fruit, maple syrup and other plants.

Besti Allulose is derived using a natural fermentation process from different plants. It is non-GMO, glyphosate-free, and also free of any trace amounts of corn or wheat (batch tested).
