Great taste and measure 1:1ratio which helps with watching your sugar intake. I like to bake with this sugar. The price is quite reasonable for the bag size.

This sugar replacement is by far better than swerve or other sweeteners especially when making curds, jams, or other cooked fruits for pie fillings. The 1:1 ratio makes baking easier. Doesn’t add extra sweetness like others. No gritty texture to foods. Doesn’t clump when cooled.

Wholesome Yum allulose is the BEST natural sweetner for baking, especially KETO baking! Use it cup -for- cup instead of refined white sugar. No after taste.

I had to use quite a lot in my coffee to get it sweet enough, but it did not have a bad aftertaste. It is kind of expensive though.

What a fantastic product! No strange taste, like so many sugar substitutes! I haven't used the powdered sugar yet, but if it's as good as the other sugars, I be a very happy camper!

Finally, a sugar alternative that does not leave that annoying cooling sensation in your mouth! Everything I baked with erythritol left that sensation and it was horrible! My cookie should not seem as if I added mint to it when I didn't. This sugar substitute truly does not have an aftertaste, which is very refreshing to find one that doesn't. The product is expensive compared to some others made with erythritol but so very worth it. I will be using it sparingly as I paid $15 for a 12-ounce bag. I can't say enough about this sugar substitute! It has been a game changer for my husband and I who are always trying to reduce sugar intake! It works well for any type of baking and tastes sweet without an aftertaste. It's also nice to have a sugar substitute that doesn't cause unpleasant side effects!

In my quest to reduce unnecessary sugars while still getting to eat nummy sweet treats, I've gone through a number of monkfruit sweeteners - Lakanto, In The Raw, Truvia with monkfruit, you name it I've tried it. Each one of them, while overall...okay... still nevertheless had a distinct aftertaste that ranged from "subtle but still noticeable" to "ugh, THAT can't be right." And if it wasn't the taste, it was the. Ahem. Tummy troubles that would accompany it. Until Besti. I don't know what it is about their monkfruit/allulose blend but the taste is virtually identical to sugar. No bitterness, no cooling, no grumpy gut grumbles - nothing but the sweetness. It feels like cheating on a diet, and yet it isn't! I only wish it were available in more physical stores (though I haven't yet checked my local Amazon Fresh...) and perhaps at a more pocketbook-friendly price.
