Doesn't really "pack", but...
When I first went to use this product in a recipe, I was a bit concerned that it was more "flowy", like white sugar. I was making a family cookie recipe on Christmas Eve, so I forged ahead, and the result was delicious and they turned out just like always, so my fears were unfounded. I'll continue to use this product!
