Not worth the money. I could have gotten the same result using a bag of frozen vegetables.

Great product which doesn't fit current iPads. If you've ever tried to use an iPad to score a baseball game on a hot day you run the risk of a thermal shutdown. I've used an Ice Pad for years to avoid just that situation, and they've worked well. Unfortunately ThermaPAK appears to have discontinued the product and no new designs have been made to fit newer iPads. You can use an iPad Air in this model - vertical orientation is ok, but there is a gap across the width of the iPad. Certainly usable for its purpose however.

It's a good idea but it didn't keep my ipad4 from over heating. The crystals melted in the ice pad and then got really hard.
