How much weight can each shelf (top, center & bottom) handle?

It’s pressed wood so nothing I’d say over 10lbs

Do both variations of the cart, have the same measurements?

yes overall dimensaion is the same

Anyone have problems lining up drawers? I need the assembly video please

Yes, assembly was a nightmare and even after assembly the drawer never closes correctly, Definelty not worth the money and cost too much to send it back.
