Review: Good book and good content but many mistakes by the publisher - Assalamualaikum to any muslim reading this. As expected by Ibn Qayyim, great book with strict adherence to the Quran and the Sunnah. I am sure in arabic this book is spot on and with accurate references to the hadiths he quoted. However in this particular english translation publication there are many mistakes which I had to correct and I am only 41 pages in. Does this mean this book is no good? No, the book and translation is good but since this is strictly an english translation some of the invocations/duas used are also in english translation. So if anyone wants to find the duas in arabic and memorize them, they might find it hard to find the hadith due to incorrect references. Also some of the references are only found in the arabic hadith texts such as the ones by Hakim and Ahmad (i think as I am not fluent in arabic).
