Do these stretch back or do they stay loose?

Kind of both lol. They are Nylon so think of knee highs or tights - they shrink back but after prolonged use they will stretch out.

how many is included? the description says 50 is what we get, but the heading says 200. which is it please?

Both the description and the title specify 200. Experience: I received 200.

How far can this stretch?

18.5 inches. I use them for the ear loops on face masks that I sew. I use one headband cut in half per mask.

When will the black be back in stock? I love this brand but really need the black color

yes, it will back in stock in 1-2 weeks

Good for price but a little too thin

These work good for a few uses, they are a little bit too thin for my opinion, they are extremely stretchy and overall fit pretty good on my baby’s head. Overall a good value for the price!
