I can only find royal canin gastro fibre response dry food - is this the wet version?

I’m not sure , there’s not much fibre in this food ,if that’s what you need to know

It says all life stages? It looks like it’s for adult cat.Can someone confirm that please?

This is special food for Adult cat with stomach or digestive problems. It is therefore not for normal healthy cats.Was recommend to me by my vet when my 15yr old cat started sicking up her usual food.
