While cottons are pre-shrunk by the manufacturer, they could still shrink a little if washed or dried on hot. Allowing for possible shrinkage after washing, here are the minimum measurements: ADULT SIZING... X-Small = 15 inches wide, Small = 17 inches wide, Medium = 19 inches wide, Large = 21 inches wide, XL = 23 inches wide. 2XL = 25 inches wide.
