This is printed on sturdy paper and framed beautifully. It is a little expensive for just the print but it was perfect for what I needed it for.

As a Westerner with PTSD I now practice yoga. I love this list because when I read it it puts me back into the moment instead of my ego dialogue. It's made of nice paper with a glossy cover. I would have given it five stars but it doesn't quite fit an 8x10 frame.

This is perfect with my other Asian inspired artwork. Everyone really likes what it says and we feel it is a nice complement to the rest of our bedroom.
