Expected this to be a bit cheap and overpriced based on other reviews i've read here but honestly i don't know what the issue is with people! Its a firm, hard material that feels really sturdy on a metal strong base. It has safety clips to lodge your lounger into the desired place and even has handles built in for easy transport of it. As you sit on it and lie back it jolts a little which some people may think means its broken but it is just your weight pushing the lock into place which is supposed to happen. You want some give on it or it would flip over! They look great too and we're very happy with them.

Item arrived extremely promptly and was as described. I find the mechanism of adjusting the angle of the headrest very difficult, and can only do this by NOT being sat down/ on the lounger - which means if I want to change position I have to get up, adjust head rest and then lay down again. I personally would like main area to be higher off the ground - as you are working against the angle of your knees to get up ( could just be my age, my knees) I chose the pale grey version - and it was stained after first use - watermarks caused by sun lotion and sweat. So a patterned version would be better ( or buy the black one - but i thought this might get too hot?) So its reasonable value, and does the job, its just not perfect.

I am very disappointed with this item. It arrived on 22nd May and when I opened it I found it had no legs to support the lower part of the lounger. The result was that the lower part of the lounger simply rests on the floor. I contacted the company the following day explaining the problem. I was duly provided with instructions to return the item. I am almost 80 and, though very good with IT, simply did not understand the instructions given. They were totally meaningless to me. I have heard absolutely nothing since then. I do not think I need elaborate on the above. I would though say that I am far from impressed with this company, its products or its customer services. Good quality product, excellent adjuster for back support. Still very new but seems very robust.
