They only thing I'd change is that even though the h is very likable, I would prefer that she be a bit tougher emotionally. I also wish she would've actually been able to physically kick a little bad guy butt. Points for at least trying but after her initial "attack" fails it's like she gives up. I don't need h to be a warrior but I do like the h to be fierce. That's just my personal preference though; don't let it keep you from reading. I still like and recommend this book & plan on reading the rest in the series.

Emma is sent to find a new home for her fellow Earthlings. Malak an alien king,knows she is his mate. I like Emma. She is funny and brave. She does not fall for Malak right away. Emma and Malak have traitors in his kingdom who want to overthrow Malak and use Earthlings as slaves.

I think the universe would only be a better place if there was an alien like Malak out there waiting. I could do without the frozen cold planet but for a huge caring alien willing to do anything to protect me...sign me up!

This was a really enjoyable read. Sometimes if the writing is really good I love these Insta love books. And, it always helps if one of the people thinks the other is touched on the head. Lol

Very hawt, smexy story with an earth woman astronaut and a High Prince of Nyrr. Emma Fairheart and Malak – in line to become King – meet, if you want to call it that (!), beyond the reaches of space that Earth has thus far achieved. Where Emma thinks Malak is kidnapping her, he is actually rescuing her from space pirates. However… she doesn’t figure that out for a bit.Emma is on her way to find a new world as Earth is slowly dying and people need a new planet to live. Malak is an 8-foot, blue hunk of alien man-meat with horns, long hair and big…hands. He is rescuing her from space raiders about to take over her ship when they first meet.Emma has a terrible time adjusting to her new life and believing that Malak truly adores her. There’s mayhem and intrigue and funny bits but this ‘little human’ turns Malak’s world on its ear.Quick read for me, fun (in a blue alien kinda way), and as I said above, very sexy. Sounds like a good start to a new series to me.

The story line is exactly what I expected. Alien male see Earth female, kidnaps female.Steamy sex, enemies attempt to stop happily ever after.

This book was exciting right from the get go and it got better the further on that a read but now I’m sad that’s it’s ended but also excited for the next book. Emma Fairheart is a pilot on a mission for earth to find a new planet for them all to live on, and in her travels she is captured and kidnapped by a huge gorgeous blue alien that has a body to die for that makes her mind think of dirty thoughts in a bad girl way. Malak has captured a female that makes his body hot all over with desire from the first moment he saw her but she is not happy about being taken and let’s him know about it, and then they are attacked by pirates and when Emma is hurt by the leader Malak see’s red and let’s loose on them all, killing most of them and Emma is glad the big blue guy is on her side. She is fiery, sexy, and smart and challenges him when no one else does and this is one of the reasons why he knows she is his Yali (mate) and he tells her so but she is not sure what that means to her but he is a Prince after all. With enemies closing in on Nyrr his country he must fight to keep his place as the New Prince after his brother Moric’s death and now with a mate by his side can he win them over and can he keep Emma safe and what will happen when the other humans arrive.I voluntarily read an arc copy of this book for an honest review.
