I feel like this was a smoking deal. I got this for a little under 600 bucks and it works beautifully. Heated seat, nightlight, dryer function, child setting, and more! I love that my 5 year old daughter can use this to clean her butt and keep her lady parts clean. Same for me. This is Toto level quality. My whole family loves it and I will be buying another one for my other bathroom. Install was a breeze, and came with everything needed to hook it up. I'd say the only negative thing, is that the power cord is fairly short, so if you don't have an outlet near your toilet, you will need an extension cord.

This bidet feels luxury. Easy to install and never had issues. Lot of water spray patterns, temp. control, drying fan and heated seat. Stainless steel water spray pipe, like the blue LED light that we do not use the bathroom light anymore. Will buy it again for guest bathroom and recommend it.

Update: August 27th 2023 8 months of use and the unit has stopped working. I've contacted customer service and they advised a reset which I did but didn't take care of the issue. Looking like I'll need a new unit already. Taking away one star for product failure. If the warranty doesn't offer replacement I'll update again. Bought for my family to use and save on toilet paper usage and feel fresh and clean. Sure does the trick. My husband refuses to use this bathroom and would rather go in the "dungeon" as I call it. (Regular toilet) myself and the kids love it no complaints at all. Seat opens soft no slamming seats or lids, no more cold seats or cold water touching your areas. I installed it myself took 20 minutes that includes the time to unbox remove old seat and follow instructions to get new seat all done. My husband watched for moral support as he really didn't think the price was acceptable for a seat. I definitely do..... 20/20 highly recommend

Have you ever had to use the restroom and it's either cold in your house or it's in the winter? If so, you probably know that dreadful feeling you get right before you are about to sit down on the ice cold toilet seat! With this one, you will never have to worry about that anymore. But the seat warmer is not the only reason I decided to try it out. I was going to just go with the cheaper version that doesn't require electricity, but I just can't imagine how cold the water would be everytime you used the bathroom. So I was worried that I wouldn't keep using it if I had to "clean up" with cold water each time. So I went ahead and just spent the extra money and I can say that after getting use to it, it would be almost impossible for me to switch back to the conventional way. It is very refreshing and it has held up very well. Absolutely no issues (knock on wood). If you are considering switching to a bidet, do you and your family a favor by spending a little bit more money on one like this........ they will thank you for it! Well

It was an easy install except for having to install a new outlet. Seat works well so far, but it's only day one. I'll update later. Update: this bidet has been great. I never knew that I would like it too. It really works well and we will save on toilet paper. Second Update: The bidet seat failed to stay in the upright position last night due to the left side hinge area being cracked. Unknown reason for failure since my wife and I are the only users. We are retirees that are fit due to working out seven days a week and we are not over weight. Third Update: I contacted the company and they informed me that they would fix the bidet for free, but I would have to pay the postage and handling to send it to them. Amazon told me they would reimburse me.NOT. Anyway, it was repaired quickly and sent back to me. Unfortunately, it now has a new problem. The dryer is inop. I have notified them again and I'm waiting for a reply to remedy this new situation. Fourth Update: The company was nice to cover the postage this time and they repaired it again and sent it back fully functional. They have included a video showing how it was working after the fix. I just hope it stays that way for awhile. UPDATE: The bidet seat has broke again at the same spot less than three months later and we are the only users. I never liked the clicking sound that it makes when lifting and closing the seat but, I was informed that it was normal. I will try to contact the company again to try to resolve this matter. NOT HAPPY! UPDATE: The company paid the postage and repaired the seat again. I received it today and installed it again but, I wonder how long it will last. I had more faith in the ejection seats that I use to do maintenance on because I proud to say that my seats had zero failures.

One of the best bidet additions on the market! I have had this bidet for three years and it has been solid. Ivyel has excellent customer service and there are replacement parts available if anything ever breaks. I haven't tried many, but this one stand out from what I hear of other bidets.

Love this bidet. Easy to install and easy to use. Love the warm water wash, warm seat and soft light in the night. Worthwhile addition to bathroom
