Are the pillowcases open on the end or are they enclosed?

They have a flap in the inside to put your pillow end in to make sure it does not easily slip out.

How do I contact seller, these sheets ripped down the seam on one end on the fitted sheet I would like a replacement or a refund.

This has also happened to me. I followed proper instructions for care and everything. Not only are they ripped but they already are pilling.

Can you put the sheets in the dryer?

Yeah I did, I washed and dried as delicates as soon as I got them. they are perfectly soft and still smooth, nothing weird or loose around the edges of the fitted sheet. :)

Will the king size fit California king?

I have a 12 inch Cal king, and they slipped off the corners every night. I just returned mine. These sheets are the highest quality satin sheets I've been able to find and would've been very happy with them otherwise.
