So easy. And the results are remarkable. A few weeks ago, out of the blue, I wanted some guacamole sauce, something very unusual for me. I bought some powder and a couple of very ripe avocados at the local supermarket and tried my luck. Simply take the avocados out of their outer covering, discard the large seed, and mash them up with a fork. Then sprinkle in the powder a bit at a time until the flavor is to your liking. Oh, I almost forgot. I bought some tortilla chips at the market as well. Put the chips and the guacamole sauce on the table and watch them disappear. If you see my purchase of three packages of the powder on Amazon, it's because we liked the results so much I decided to buy a larger supply. Oh yes, you might put some Mariachi music on to listen to while eating this to add to the atmosphere. I'd suggest my favorite, Guadalajara.

I love this product. I've tried adding my own spices to mash avocados to make guacamole but it never tastes quite right. This packet makes my guacamole taste fantastic. I do add some lime juice and a bit of pico de gallo but it's delicious without those add ins.
