These are a much nicer size than the smaller size made by the same company. This company makes an excellent product regardless of the size you buy, but this one covered slightly more area and stays colder just a little longer!

I have an area on my hand and wrist that hurts sometimes so these small ice packs are great for reducing the pain. I wrap an ace wrap a couple of times loosely around my hand then apply the ice pack and finish loosely wrapping the ace wrap to hold the ice pack in place. As it melts I can replace with a new frozen one. Then pop them back in the freezer for next time they are needed. So much better than a zip lock bag of ice cubes--those always leak. These don't leak and are very sturdy soft plastic for multiples use.

I always run into problems where i forget to put my ice pack back in the freezer so when i need it, i don't have a cold pack. With this i don't normally have to worry about not having cold packs in the freezer. It's been about 6 weeks and one of them busted, but that's honestly ok since they are so cheap and it was partly my fault. I normally ice my buttocks/lower back and the pack slipped under me while i was sitting and that was a lot of pressure. Quality seems good and i don't mind that they are so small and don't last 25+ minutes because you aren't suppose to ice your back for more then 15'ish minutes at a time anyways.

The small size is perfect. I insert into a clean sock and keep ready to grab from the freezer for handy relief — for itchy skin, for carpal tunnel thumb pain, gout, miscellaneous bumps/bruises. Highly recommended.

The 5x7 was the right size However there's not very much gel in these packs I'm not happy with them And I wouldn't buy them again

I use these to cool down or slow swelling on different areas. They stay cold for the 20 minutes I'll leave them on. Something most flexible ice packs don't do. However, on that point, they aren't as flexible as I would like. They do get pretty "crispy" as I like to call it. Almost hard. But I can force them into the shape I need to fit where they're going. Overall though, truly excellent. Will buy again when I wear these out.

The wraps worked great! Their small size enabled me to target the exact spot that was in pain. They were very easy to manipulate after frozen.

They’re work well as cold packs, and they’re sized exactly as specified. I haven’t tried them for heat yet. I do find gel packs that can be used for both heat and cold tend to not be super cold as one that’s for cold only. For the price they’re perfect for that shoulder strap that holds 5x7 ice packs.

Love how they stay cool for a long time. Easy to bend to shape.

Previously my son ordered this product because he suffers from severe migraines and he loved them, he paid just under $20.00. I ordered a back up supply two years later and paid just under $80.00. Excellent product you won’t regret buying, the regret will be the price jump.

Small gel icepacks. They arent too thick so are easily folded over an injury, but can also be tucked into clothing to ice a shoulder/knee or other injured area. I enjoy having three as there generally is always one in the freezer. You can put one under and one over the injured area as well.
