Sonne's 7 Day Cleansing Kit

Recently finished my cleanse using these products and it went great. I did a fast, a cleanse and colemic cleanse all at same time for 7 days and I felt great. The first few days of not eating made me a little weak but all of these products kept me so busy taking and feeling somewhat full that I really didn't get hungry at all. If it had been difficult doing without food, I could not have completed it but I didn't really get hungry. The one thing I struggled with was mixing the psyllium husk with water got to the point I would almost gag when I tried to drink it down but I did manage to do it. I found the secret was to mix the psyllium with natural organic apple juice which made it pleasant to drink. I didn't mind at all. The difference it made was what I needed in order to complete my cleanse. Something so simple and easy to do was the thing that got me through that cleanse. I about to start another cleanse just like before. I will try to do a 7-day but we will see if it lasts 7 days. I can do it if I do not have someone around that needs and wants to eat as normal. Alone, I have no problem. This cleanse will be almost exactly 3 months apart. I plan on doing this every 3 months and then after 1 year I will do it at least once a year or possibly twice a year. Not processing food is the rest out body needs to repair itself.

I found out about the Vitra-tox products when I got a colonic. Same product different commercial label. My results were amazing!!! All the build up in my colon came out. I couldn't believe it what I was seeing. then I would go do a colonic each night. I saw more bowel movements at home during the day but I was glad to get the colonics. Then my skin started to clear up. I had the worse acne. I didn't get hungry during the week long detox, slept like a baby and had energy. I also had an apple shape body after I had surgery for a torn ACL and because of the surgery and drugs my lymphatic system was all clogged. My stomach went completely down....even my husband noticed which is huge!! It was better than getting Lypo!! When my big belly went down then is when I realized how much I need to do this.....at least once a year. Unfortunately this vendor has raised their prices, it's still worth it. Try to watch the videos on Sonne's website to see exactly how to use the powder. Someone said in a review she was choking. if she was choking she was TOTALLY not using it properly. I highly recommend using R.W. KNUDSEN organic apple juice. Pour the juice into a shaker, then the detox liquid, stir, then quickly add the powder and shake like crazy for a few seconds and down it as fast as you can. EAsy peasy.just think about this for a minute. think of all the food you eat on a daily basis, vitamins, etc and how long your body takes to break it all down.....all of that is in your colon.....for years! Get this!! Thank me later

Wonderful cleanse! Worked great for me. I also did light exercise and added a little Celtic salt and Coconut Oil if I needed a boost. I had homemade broth on hand just in case I needed something extra during the cleanse, but didn't need it. The supplements supply what is needed to sustain during the cleanse. I slowly came of the fast and by day 3 could eat normal eats again. I really feel the benefit of doing this, with being prayed for while doing it! I was being lifted up and encouraged the whole time, and highly recommend that too!

Good cleansing kit, but too many ingredients for me to use.

I used this system (collection of products), along with colonic (colemic) irrigation, but did not see or feel any beneficial results. I did lose a few pounds, though that was not an intended results. To my shock though, after three days, I noticed my arms being thinner and skinnier. I'm already on the thin side, so I did not want to lose any muscle mass, and this was a big disappointment. I stopped at three days. My guess is that after 7 days I would lose more muscle mass and more weight (from the muscle mass).Several of the products have "reproductive health" hazard warnings. The kit comes with way more tablets/doses than a person would need for the 7-day program. So you end up paying more for tablets not actually necessary for the week. If they cut the number, the cost of this should also go down and be more affordable. They seem to want to get people used to (or hooked) on taking the supplements well after the 7-day period, so it's sort of a feeble and cloaked marking scheme (in my opinion).The optional colonics / colemics used with this kit did not flush out anything of note.The only good comments I can give are that I wasn't starving or hungry while on the fast, and that the supplements appear to be very natural in content.

This is the best detox cleanse I've ever done. I remember doing this cleanse years ago and I am so glad I found the kit on Amazon. Overall I feel much more energized after this cleanse, my body aches have lessened, my skin is clearer and overall I feel healthier. It's a little difficult at first, but because your nutrition content is provided by whole food concentrates, the fast is easier versus juice fasting etc. Twice I consumed broth soup (liquid only) while on the 7 day cleanse which they say you can have, if absolutely necessary. I did as directed for 7 days except I did NOT do enemas nor colonic irrigation. I only lost 3 pounds total. By day 7 my abdomen felt like it had cement in it. I did drink a gallon of water a day. For four days after this I took 4 pills of Nature's Sunshine LBS II tablets and drank 20 ounces of strongly brewed Laci Le Beau super dieter's tea to get that stuff out of me. I guess you're supposed to do the enemas several times a day as directed for this to be effective. I didn't do that. Won't ever try this product again.

sonnes's products always the best. I've been taking this cleanse since 1986. great product.
