I have been using resistance band for several years now. But recently when my old band broke, I bought a fresh pair of band for myself. While searching for the band I came across the Alupper Exercise Resistance Bands which met all key requirements. Firstly, it was having high resistance capacity, strong build and was within my budget. When I received the product it exactly matched the description. It has strong and sturdy build quality and looks great. Best part is because of different resistance levels you can choose by making a combination of two or more bands together. So with single band now me and my wife can both use it according to their needs. Especially during the lock down situation when going out to gym is difficult, it to be one of best investments for myself. Hope you also enjoy the product as I do :)

When I came across these resistance bands i was dubious about how good they would be whilst in lockdown. I have to say I am really really impressed with the simplicity and how strong and durable they are.You can use more than one resistant band to increase the strength, they are portable so can take them anywhere and the handles are are really good. So no excuse not to exercise.I worry when using the door hinge in case it flings back but so far it has stood up to the challenge.The only issue with these is finding enough exercises to work certain body parts however your imagination is the limit.. and searches online help.I would suggest have several exercises for each muscle group, or superset them.. when you do your workout mix and match to keep things interesting.A nice thumbs up for this.

Missing gym, so here I am bringing it home. Bands work like a cable machine, allowing constant tension on the muscle. You can do same excersize you could do with free weights , but You can attach it to a door and do triceps pushdowns, wrap band around a chair for chest exercises. You can even exercises on floor. There are endless possibilities! They come with different tensions, according to they colours.What I find great is that they are inexpensive, they can travel with me, take little space and are great for all fitness levels.

My daughter asked me to buy these bands due to the fact she cannot go to the gym at the moment because of the restrictions.I didn't want to spend a lot of cash on something that may only be used for a month or two, so I choose these bands, as they are selling at a realistic price and from the advertisement, there was a good variety of straps..The bands when they came arrived in a neat black pouch.All the bands and the handles etc fit into the bag and therefore are easily transported around depending where you are prepared to use them.The bands themselves are of good quality rubber and the rubber 'feels' nice and supple and fresh - Older rubber dries out, these are not - they are well made and have no breaks or cracks along their length.I liked the way that each band has been marked with the level of resistance that is provided by the individual band.The handles are all well stitched and the hooks that are on the ends of the bands are solid enough that they are not going to open themselves during their use, so not dangerous!There is a good variety of colour and resistance 'strengths' bands in the complete package and they are all long enough to go through the training where you actually have to hold the bands, for example and stand on them to do upper arm exercises, (as an example).Not much more I can say really except I would be happy to give them 5 STARS - I base this on Value for price paid, quality of the resistance bands, rubber and metal clasps, variety in the levels of resistance you can achieve and the effort put into producing them by the company concerned.A***

Bought these for home workouts during lockdown and am very happy I did. They have been great for loads of different workouts and really helped keep me in shape while the gyms have been closed.A good range of resistance and the bands can be combined together to increase it. Everything is sturdy and well made and all come in a handy little pouch to store too.would definitely recommend

I bought these to use will i recover from a motorcycle accident and then are great to use. Very easy to set up for many different exercises without putting to much strain on myself. Have to keep active and these are a great help. Then seem durable but would need to check bad for longer use to confirm. They come in a little bag easy to store away for later use.

So me and my friend started working out again after quite some time. I didn’t want to start using weights just yet as I thought it’d be too hard for the muscles - these bands are perfect and do the job really well.There’s a variety of different exercises you can do with them. I would definitely recommend these and you can’t really go wrong with the price either.

the product worth every penny i spent.i use it during the lockdown and my room is small dont want to buy some massive dumbbells. they work really well and dose not take up any space, i realise my shape is coming back. will take it to the gym once it reopens its great product to use for warm up aswell.the things you can do with it, its just too much. buy it and explore it yourself.there are tons on videos on internet teaches you how to use it aswell.if you wanna build some shape and be healthy go for it, you wont regret
