A litle bit thinner than a regular curtain, but its not transparent and the color is quite nice, if you have a color scheme that would fit this color, I would recommend it.The material feels a bit silky but a "cheap" feelint, but its what you get for the price so dont expect a high grade material, but it feels durable and a tear resistant.

For years I used those plastic shower curtain liners because I thought this was the only way to keep water out of my tub or shower area. I was so wrong. The plastic liners are very hard to clean and they are - in a word - ugly. Now I only use the fabric liners, but not all of these have the magnetic tabs in the corners to keep the liner against the bathtub ... this one does!It's very plain, which is exactly what I wanted. I did not want it to interfere or compete with the pretty pattern on my shower curtain. This is just the liner that goes between my shower curtain and the shower stall. It does get wet and doesn't repel water like a completely plastic liner would, but no water gets onto my floor. Is it exactly what I was looking for, and it hangs so nicely ... it looks elegant, if you can say that about a shower curtain liner! I'm very pleased with it and it is a great value as well. Every few months I throw it in the washing machine and it washes up like new. Any water stains come right out. It's a great product.

Purchased this recently due to it being machine washable. While I have not tested how it does through a wash yet, I'm writing my review for the first test. I used it as a liner alone, no curtain and had it inside the tub while showering.I did notice water had sprayed through but only enough to cover the rim of my tub. Of course it could eventually leak down the side to end up on the floor, but I did not experience this within a fifteen minute shower. The curtain didn't blow in towards me as some of the lighter weight ones tend to do.Overall, if you can overlook the wet tub rim, it's a great value for a washable liner with a great selection of colors. I will update this should anything happen when washing it.

Stops water from penetrating curtain and drains it off. Even if there is a direct water flow against the curtain it does not leak through. As mineral deposits build up I use CLR to remove it. This does not affect the curtain.

I bought this as a liner for my other shower curtain as water was seeping through. By the description of the reviews I was reading it said this was thick and prevented water from seeping through while taking showers. I do have a strong shower head and it's to set up in a claw foot tub, this curtain fit around the claw foot tub perfectly, the only problem is with the power head the water still gets through both curtains easily. Which unfortunately defeated the whole purpose of me purchasing this. However I gave it three stars as it could just be too strong of a shower head.

For some reason, I never thought to look for a shorter shower curtain liner than the standard 72". After getting completely annoyed at trying to avoid stepping on the liner bunched on the bottom of the bathtub (our current shower situation has a lower than typical shower curtain rod) I ran across this liner that comes in a variety of lengths including much shorter than the average. I also liked the idea of having a hem weight vs a few magnets. A fabric liner is my first choice as it is much easier to clean (simply wash on the gentle cycle and hang it back up) and usually does a decent job of keeping water inside the shower. This liner fits perfectly so no more dragging on the bottom of the bathtub; the small weights in the hem keep it from billowing in and, so far, the water resistance is great. Although not important for me I would also note that it is not at all sheer - in fact quite opaque compared to a plastic liner. It seems very well made with no uneven or distorted stitching. I have not used it long enough to comment on whether the weights will eventually discolour but feel this is a good value and would recommend.

Arrived when expected in good condition. Very happy with the shorter length. It is thinner than my previous liner but it does keep the water inside the enclosure. Overall happy with the purchase.
