Can this be placed under a car? is the magnet strong enough and will not fall off

Hello, The magnet is strong enough, it has a pulling force of about 30 kg. Nevertheless, we would advise against attaching it under the vehicle floor. It has happened that, despite the immense strength of the magnet, the tracker got stuck on a bump in the road and was thus removed from the vehicle. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Kind regards Your Team of Salind

Is the SIM included in the subscription and what's coverage like.

Good morning, Yes, the SIM card is inside the device and cannot be replaced with another card. In order to use the device, a subscription must be taken out. Here are the prices: 1 month: €6.99 1 year: €58.99 2 years: €99.99 Best regards Maria from the PAJ Team

The device is showing it’s on standby mode on the motorway? But I am at home ? It’s like it has froze ? Please advice / help.

Hi. Same happened to mine, it just stopped working one day. When I emailed the shop they tried fixing it from their end but couldn't do anything. They offered the money back if I post it back to them but I didn't cos it would of cost me money to post it

The manual for gps-tracker-11 indicates "to switch it on you have to press the on/offbutton for at least three seconds" - but where is the switch?

Unfortunately, this is incorrect. To switch off the FINDER, the SIM card must be removed. As soon as you insert the SIM card again, the FINDER is switched on.
