Perfect and EXACTLY how I remember it.
This is the real deal “Salam de Sibiu”, it has the smell, texture and taste I remember from years back. It really is the original thing and anyone that has grown up on it will be thrilled. I know I may have to buy a lot more :-). Enjoy!

Very average, but overpriced
It was fine but tastes nothing like actual Sibiu salami. Hungarian Pick salami is far better and much closer in similarity.

Great Salami . I typically like Columbus or Gallo but I can't get them here, so this was a pleasant surprise

Not bad but far from the original.
It’s far from the taste of the real thing, traditionally made of horse meat, but given that shortcoming, it was satisfactory.
