Can this be use on EPDM rv roofs?

I do not believe that is the right product for edpm. Look at tough roof rv. Edpm has a high stretch modulus and a rubber based sealer will match it better. That being said the kst is a good product.

Whats the lowest temperature you can apply it?t

It is in my opinion a water based heavy duty paint. Drying time is key with low humidity and no dew. Sunlight helps it dry. Just paint it thin and see how it dries the lower you go below 65ish. Apply thin coats to use up the container over a 10x10 area.

Yes ... It's a nice pure white, so I would only do so if you're wanting to change the color. I would not add paint/tint to the mixture. Apply it first, let it dry thoroughly, then use a decent quality enamel on top.
