One Of The Best Potato Starches
This is just one of the best Potato starches i have used. Worked perfect for all the Korean recipes i have been trying recently. Worked great crisping up tofu along with olive oil and a little baking powder.

Gluten Free alternative to Matzo Meal
Used in making Potatoe Latkes. I have a grandson who has Celiac so need a gluten free alternative to matzo meal. This worked well.
