It's NOT in a powder form
Please note it is not in powder form as per the description, however, it can be easily made into a powder, if you have a coffee grinder. A blender might also work. I find it much easier to drink in water when it's in powder form. I add some lime juice to it, which makes it more drinkable.

Reduce
I bought this as part of my journey to reduce cholesterol and triglycerides. I add it to smoothies as it is tasteless so does not affect my enjoyment of my morning breakfast. Definitely helped to reduce my cholesterol and being organic is a bonus. Highly recommended.
