What a lovely little book to write about various aspects of your life and to leave to family members. It is so good I have bought another one as a gift and one for me to complete as I reached a big birthday this year, the big 50 and this is lovely to record details down. The pages aren't huge but large enough to record sufficient detail and you can pick and choose which sections to complete when you want

This is an American book, but you can esily re-name some of the headings. it is good at nudging you to remember things long forgotten.I An English version would be a 5 star.

Great little book one page a question enough to jot down memory’s from young life to older years. Will leave it for my grandchildren and perfect for now as in self isolating, really brings back memories and thought provoking.Am doing it bit by bit no rush.

Like the idea but very American in the questions for example ‘who was your favourite elementary teacher’ ‘what’s your favourite thing about thanksgiving’ Nevertheless it’s a good prompt and I like the thought of a whole family having one. Depending on where in the world you are you might prefer to keep looking

For anyone who wants to capture their life story, this book will definitely help you to do this. Whether you keep the book to give to friends and family so that they can learn more about you, or use it to create your own biography, the questions prompt you to think about things that may be long past forgotten about so you also get to re-visit and take a nice trip down memory lane

Bought for myself for Xmas. Lovely looking book. Good questions that make you think about yourself. Would def buy again as presents

This is a great gift to give to someone that is retiring, and has the time to reflect on his or her life. Excellent questions that search the memory for an answer. I think that the children would appreciate the gift of understanding their parents previous life. The only downsize, you have to be careful not to write too much. Practice writing on a sheet of paper and see how that would fit the question page. That’s the only advice I would give. Overall the Quality was good and I’m glad I got the hard cover for this retiree.

Lovely hard cover and great size, good questions. I have not started writing in it yet but have flipped through the questions and going to be good fun.

Some of the words seem a bit americanised for someone like me from Europe but the sections are thought-provoking
