Reasonable Value
Sound use of a proprietary formula given the specific benefits advertised. I do see the improvements to hair and nail quality after use. I'm used to swallowing pills of this size and in the serving quantity (I recommend a carbonated drink to make pill swallowing easier). An effective supplement worth considering, though I question whether the inclusion of some vitamins and minerals benefits anyone already taking a multivitamin.

The Other BLUE Pill...But
I received this bottle of VivaPill for Men by America Medic & Science with tamper proof seals. After opening, I saw these bright blue capsules and I wondered ...WHY? These are average sized capsules I checked the ingredients thing that this was the color of the powder but no...FD&C Blue #1 and FD&C Red #3 Such a promising list of ingredients that may help skin, hair and nails and other potential benefits. I usually take apart capsules and even though there was no taste while taking the capsules, the powder inside which looks like turmeric (a listed ingredient) the taste of this powder is appalling. I do like the fact that this is made in USA under strict guidelines and made in quality facilities but not with unnecessary artificial food colorings!

Delicious and Effective Hair Pills
The VivaPill for hair, skin, and nails is a really good supplement. The biotin gives me a noticeably fresher look, and I genuinely like the way I feel when taking it. The pills donโt cause any bad burps or unpleasant smells, which is a big plus for me. At $43.99, the cost is reasonable for the quality. I recommend this product.

There's Good, Bad, & Ugly In This 30-Day Supply
When I first looked at the label of this "America Medic & Science VivaPill for Men (120 Capsules) Vitamins for Hair, Skin, and Nails," I was impressed by the number of quality ingredients listed for a "hair and nails" supplement. Usually, it's a standard Biotin supplement containing 5,000 to 10,000 micrograms (mcg) of Biotin per serving. Of course, the FDA's Daily Value of Biotin for most adults 19 and older is only 30 mcg. The Mayo Clinic suggests a daily intake of 30 to 100 mcg of Biotin for adults, which a balanced diet typically provides. Everyone in our family has been taking Biotin daily for years, sometimes as part of a one-a-day vitamin supplement. One would not expect to find the extensive vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids, etc., contained in this supplement that is designed specifically for healthier hair, skin, and nails. Once you recover from the loads of good stuff shown in the Supplement Facts section of the label, that's where things take a turn. I'm familiar with many of the fillers listed in Other Ingredients on various supplement labels, and most are used to assist in making powder-based mixes. Titanium Dioxide? That's a new one to me, so I looked it up. The first thing I found is that the European Union banned the use of Titanium Dioxide in food in 2022 over safety concerns. Studies have shown that nanoparticles of Titanium Dioxide may damage DNA, among other issues. So, why is this even being added to a health supplement? Good question. Titanium Dioxide is a white pigment, usually used in powder form and added to supplements as a colorant to improve appearance. Maybe it gives these shiny blue capsules their gloss? Iโm not sure why it would be added directly to a supplement powder thatโs completely covered by the capsule itself. Anyway, I'm not a doctor, and you should probably research the Other Ingredients in this supplement yourself and consider talking about them with your family doctor, if that's important to you. As I usually do with new supplements, I weighed 10 capsules to reduce weighing errors. The 10 weighed 8.5 grams, which means each capsule weighs about 850 mg. So, a serving of two capsules should contain 1,700 mg of powdered product, including the weight of the two empty capsules. Subtract 100 mg for the estimated weight per cempty apsule (1,700 minus 200), resulting in 1,500 mg of active ingredients and other (inactive) ingredients per serving of two capsules. After converting microgram (mcg) ingredients to milligrams (mg) and summing them up, there should be 1,234 mg of active ingredients, with the rest classified as "Other Ingredients," according to the label. That's about 266 mg of other ingredients, with Rice Flour being the most prevalent by weight, and the rest listed in descending order. Honestly, I thought there would be a higher weight of other ingredients than there actually is. I'm undecided about whether anyone in our family will take these hair and nails capsules. I'm thinking about discarding the bright blue capsules and mixing the powder into some strong juice or other drink. There are easier and probably healthier ways to get enough Biotin daily. Nobody wants to be responsible for potential DNA damage to themselves or family members. I recommend that this company find a way to fully remove potentially harmful ingredients from this supplement.

Good looking packaging, shiny blue capsules
Not too sure if these capsules are helpful with the various claims, or just pretty capsules in attractive packaging to justify the pricing. At 2 day, this bottle provides a 2 month supply. Myself I would prefer these to be a more natural capsule design over the artificial colors & such that goes into making these look like a nice blue automotive paint job. I am also not sure about the various dioxide ingredients. I don't find these to have any flavor, easy to swallow & don't believe I have noticed any digestive issues related to taking these. Hard to say if I have noticed any positive results with hair or nail growth over the last month & half. Overall I don't believe I have noticed anything bad, but also not sure if I have had any positive results.

VivaPill for Men
I noticed nothing after taking the whole bottle. No difference in hair or nails. I'm not taking anything else with same or similar ingredients. The formula seems decent and the per day cost isn't bad, but no results, no praise. No ill effects and no red flags for me. But no obvious benefits.

Great value!
The capsules are pretty easy to swallow, and I did't really find any taste to them. The recommended serving is two capsules per day. There are 120 capsules in the bottle, so you get 60 servings (roughly 2 months). Ingredient list seems decent.
