Solid BCAA supplement--only buy if you have a low-protein diet.
As far as BCAA supplements go, this is the best. Only 4 stars b/c I belatedly learned that these sorts of supplements are useless if you have a solid protein diet.So not so useful for someone like me, but if you're working out but don't have access to a solid supply of protein in your diet then I definitely recommend this.
