Welded parts on bottom of pot are falling off after first use. Seller has completely ignored my requests for a replacement. Totally unacceptable.

I actually bought the 140 quart pot that is absolutely amazing. PROS:The company makes a darn good pot and should be proud of this. CONS: The company needs a better way to contact them since the website is not communication friendly when trying to get a simple answer on things. Telephone message center is full so you can't leave a message. I was suppose to receive a free bag of their seasoning with my pot order. I ordered 2 extra bags of seasoning for a large boil and only received 2 bags total, and got charged for both. Plus, 1 bag had been opened and taped together....not cool since tape did not hold it through transport. I did receive a friendly call (that I missed) from a man; however, I can not get back in touch with him since message center is full. I'm giving a 4 star and with a few communication corrections this company could be an easy 5 star! The 1 bag of seasoning was amazing!!!!
