There is a cord to plug it to the wall, the switch is there.

Is the light bright enough for reading?

This table lamp has three light colors, white light, yellow light, warm white light. It can be read in white light mode, thank you

My lamp keeps flickering at lowest brightness. Is it defective?

Hello, first of all, you need to confirm whether the USB adapter connected to the USB cable can work normally. We recommend that you replace a USB adapter first to see if the same situation occurs. Please try it with a 5V 2A USB adapter. If the situation you mentioned still occurs after replacing the USB adapter, it may be a problem with the lamp itself.
