MBRP S7277BLK 3" Cat Back, Dual Split Rear, Street Version Exhaust System with 4.5" Tips (Black Coated)

IM IN LOVE!!! I had rhis installed last week and i still have a smile on my face every time i start it. Seriously i did some serious research into exactly what I was looking for. This product surpassed my expectations. I wanted it to be throaty yet not to loud. Muscle, but not too much its over baring. Its a little louder in the cab than stalk was but honestly i like it better. I really feel like i have the perfect exhaust.

Just finished installing my new cat back and It really wakes up this car! I don’t know why they don’t make an exhaust like this from the factory. It is still very quiet when you want it to be, but just push the pedal on the right a little more when you want it to be nice and loud. Install took me about an hour and a half with a friend helping with a jack and jack stands. It could be done on your own but an extra set of hands was very useful. The most difficult part was trying to get the exhaust tips lined up to where I like them but it wasn’t too bad though. If you want to keep it quiet, keep the windows rolled up and don’t press the gas too hard, but if you want to hear what a mustang should sound like, roll down the windows and stomp on the gas. I am really happy with this cat back exhaust. I’m sure others are better but this was almost half the price for a great sounding exhaust. Most important to me is NO drone at all during highway speed and it is not too obnoxious even when driving hard.

All the video sound clips do NOT do this exhaust justice. I installed it on my 2015 Mustang GT, and LOVE it! Under normal driving, it's not obnoxiously loud, delivering a nice, deep, tone. Dip into the throttle with some aggression, and boy, will this exhaust sing! Make sure you're not around cops if you decide to play ... you WILL get noticed! At highway speeds, it's VERY quiet inside the Mustang, hardly noticeable at all. Glad I went with this version instead of the Race ... that might have been a bit much, and may have annoyed the neighbors unduly. It took less than 90 minutes to put this on in my garage with a jack and jack stands, and I did the work solo. The black tips look really good on my Guard Metallic car. Be warned: the stock exhaust comes out in one piece!! I saw a video where it looked like it was in multiple pieces, but mine was NOT.

Sounds weak. It’s a deep low sound. If you want a deep low volume noise this will do.

The entire product is beautiful and well built. I got the street version, black coated with the 4 1/2” tips, and if this version is the “quieter” version, then the race version must be deafening! I would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t so damn loud and popping sounding. I don’t know if that is what they mean when they say “DRONE”, but it’s not that great when you get on it. I’ve been racing Mustangs since 1995 and I know what exhaust should sound like, at least I know what I like. That smooth low rumble that has bass and rattles windows. That is not what this exhaust puts out. Maybe if the tips weren’t so freaking big!? 4 1/2” is pretty big

This exhaust is perfect if you want it to sound good when you get on it, but don’t want it to drone in your ride all the time. I absolutely love it for my needs! Remember, H pipe for deeper tones, and x pipe for raspy. :)

I recommend this product to anyone who needs to get rid of their stock exhaust for a nice upgrade. It is about 2x louder than stock and it is a great product. Very easy to install. It is recommended that you have a helper, but I was able to install this myself in about an hour.

2015 mustang gt 6spd with perf package...louder than expected, louder than i wanted, but the sound is tremendous! Everything is super high quality and fit without issue. Installed myself in anout two hours time. Update: extremely 'raspy' at WOT, some might find it objectionable. I have no problem with it, the exhaust is still fantastic, very happy with it.

Very happy with this catback system, it fit perfectly and the sound is just what I wanted a low rumble, but not too loud that it’s obnoxious, also there is no drone at highway speeds!
