Heel Pain Relief System for Plantar Fasciitis - (7 applications)

My Plantar Fasciitis appears with no warning - In the past it has been visits to the Podiatrist, steroid shots, and wearing 2 pair of of socks and sneakers to the office for a few months before the pain subsides. I heard about this product from a friend and decided to give it a try. In just 2 days my heel pain was greatly diminished and completely gone after approximately 1 week. The instructions were easy to follow and the straps were thin and flesh colored which worked great under stockings for work. Awesome design and worked fabulously. No More Foot Pain !!

I was on a business trip and due to a nasty bout of Plantar Fasciitis was finding it excruciatingly painful to walk. The hotel was was about 1/3 of a mile from the office and under normal circumstances a relatively simple walk. I was dreading the walk to the office so grasping at any solution, applied the FasciaDerm. It is a little tricky to apply correctly and I found later in the day that my sock had partially adhered to the cross strap. I was somewhat skeptical that what just looks like a couple of big sticking plasters with an interesting cutout would do anything. To my surprise the pain relief while not to the point of total comfort, made walking possible and relatively pain-free! These are REALLY STICKY so you want to be sure you apply all of the sticking surface to your foot and they can be painful pulling them off any hairy areas!!! I suggest you pre-plan how you are going to adhere the plasters before pulling the backing off.

I had a bout of plantar fasciitis years ago. A friend showed me a great way to wrap my foot using inexpensive sports tape which healed me within a matter of weeks. Recently my foot flared again with plantar fasciitis. While looking for sports tape, I saw this product on Amazon and, although expensive, I liked its wrapping methodology, which is the correct way for healing. Unfortunately, the tape doesn't last one day! The tape's edges don't stay put and roll easily. I have to put a fresh one on every day - and sometimes two! I'm returning to humdrum sports tape; I know that will work!

This product eased my plantar fasciitis pain almost immediately and was easy to apply. Unfortunately by day 3 I had to stop use because the strips literally took the top layer of my skin off of the top of my foot and left me with blisters. I love the product but not worth the pain of the blistered skin.

I usually don't submit reviews but this is a wonder. I was ready to consider having surgery on my right foot, to get rid of pain, I have had for over a year, I have tried everything, the shots, therapy, this and that and this product did the trick in one day. The mechanics of how this product works has helped my foot heal a bit at a time. Before it hurt so bad to walk now it so much better. If you are hesitant to purchase this product (don't wait an longer - get it, you wont be sorry at all).

Kinetic tape did not stick to heal or ankle as shown. Tape immediately rolled on the sides causing it to peel off within a half hour of initial application. Better off buying plain kinetic tape- disappointed in this product.

I have been using these for 6 days so far. First two days no help at all. Then I started angling my foot down when applying and began to get some relief. I am still having pain but it is better. I also use arch supports and do stretches daily. I have been battling plantar fasciitis pain for about 6 weeks. I think the tape helps. It is hard to tell since they are not the only thing I am doing but the pain began to improve after starting them so I think so.

I ordered these to have on hand in case my plantar faciitis flared up again. I used one set when they arrived to see if they would offer relief like the wrap did from the Foot Doctor. This was easy to figure out, apply and seemed to give pretty good results. So far I haven't had to use them again. I gave a few to my Mom to use as she was battling the same thing. She also agreed it helped. If you can't get to the foot doctor for whatever reason and suffering in pain this is worth a shot.
