Slippery "feet" marred an otherwise excellent product
This dish drainer is great--nice looking and functional--except for one very important design flaw, depending upon the mat you use under it. I bought a mat that is higher in the back and lower on the drain side. The "feet" on the drainer are not the usual rubber kind but hard, smooth plastic so the drainer, given the slant of the mat, kept sliding off into the sink! We solved it by taking off the rubber "feet" of our old drainer and using them to replace the ones on the new drainer. Worked like a dream. But the company really should rethink the design of these "feet" and use a more rubber-like material that isn't slippery.

Do not buy - product started rusting in about a month
Please do not buy this product and save yourself some time and money. This dish drainer started rusting about a month and a half after I purchased it. This product is clearly defective, especially since its purpose is to drain water. Of course, at this point, I couldn't return it since it was past the 30-day return window. I've also tried contacting both the manufacturer and Amazon about this issue. The manufacturer has not responded, and Amazon refused to help since it's past the 30-day return window. DO NOT BUY! The only thing positive about this product is its aesthetic.

Very pleased.
This dishndrainer is exactly what I was looking for. Firstly, it's large, half again as large as the little drainer I had been using. As I do not have a dishwasher, I wash the dishes by hand and air dry them, so I really needed a larger drainer. This one also has a more generous sized utensil container, with holes in the bottom, for drainage. (And the manufacturer's sticker actually peeled cleanly off of it! I hate those stickers that leave a gooey mess that's sometimes impossible to get off.) My little kitchen is red, black, and white: this black drainer looks nice sitting on my red countertop. I place thendrainer on top of white "flour sack" towels for the wet dishes to drain on. My dishes are the thin, Corell, white-with-red trim, type. This drainer will hold all the dishes from a full day for the two of us. If it holds up as expected (my old one lasted for years), then I will have chosen the perfect drainer for my own needs.

Good material. Poor design.
Don't bother trying to put silverware in the compartment. The poor design does not allow them to stand up. There needs to be a separator in the middle so that all the silver and utensils are not falling over. The dish rack itself is difficult because the dish separators are not in the right place. They should be one inch to the left and not spaced so close together. The material it is made of is however good quality.

Not Great.
Pros: affordable, holds a lot.Cons: Design1. started to rust after a couple of months, so out comes the Rustoleum.I didn't notice until I ended up with rust stains on my dishware.2. I liked the plethora of cup holders, but they are too close together to be effective. So there are 5 usable ones, not 7.3. The utensil holder has no partitions, so everything flops together. I attached an old dishwasher piece to fix this issue.

Good dish drainer but needs a better utensil basket
Attractive well made dish drainer. But the silverware basket is not well designed - the interior "walls" of the basket which should create "chambers" to separate and keep items upright are way too short and so the silverware pieces all fall together and end up in a heap at the bottom of the basket - so they do not drain or dry well. I solved the problem by buying a different silverware basket with high "walls" and it fitted in perfectly.

Rusts almost immediately.
Don't bother buying this one. As soon as it gets wet it will start to rust. I am very disappointed in this product. The mugs that hang on the side drip water onto the counter because they hang over the edge of the drain board. The only positive thing I can say is that it is large and hold a lot of dishes. If you use this very infrequently or use it to hold dry dishes it should be OK.

Well-made Dish Rack
It took me a while and many returns to find the perfect dish rack. It's a good size, made well, and sits fine on my clear drainboard. Happy customer!Update 1 year later: I still love this dish rack, but it has started to rust and we have soft water. I was able to wash it off, but it comes back again in a week or so. Hopeing the manufacturer has a cleaner or suggestion for this becuase it really is one of the nicest drain boards we've seen.
