I’ve been researching various canine supplements for awhile now in hopes of finding an effective supplement I can use to treat Buddy’s relentless scratching of hot spots. Surprisingly, after Buddy’s has now taken these natural chews for the past 3.5 weeks, I’m grateful at how effective they’ve been at diminishing Buddy’s scratching and preventing any hot spots (which also means Buddy no longer requires the use of a prescription medication 👍). I love that these natural chews are healthy and contain Omega 3,6,9 fatty acids, as well as multiple vitamins and minerals. It provides me with comfort knowing that each chew provides a sufficient source of fish oil & essential fatty acids which help support Buddy’s heart, immune system, & skin health. To be frank with you, it brings joy to my heart each time Buddy follows me to the kitchen and then gets excited when I go retrieve and open this container. It makes me feel happy and relieved as a “fur mom” that I’ve finally found something that’s providing NATURAL & sustained relief of Buddy’s previously uncomfortable hot spots (so much that he no longer needs any prescribed medication). I’m not sure how I can quantify the relief I now feel knowing that Buddy no longer requires a prescription to assist him from his previously incessant scratching. One thing for sure is that both Buddy and I would like to express our gratitude to Pawfectchow for these healthy & natural chews/treats that have been efficacious at preventing Buddy’s incessant scratching and hot spots. My dog suffers from really dry skin and constantly scratches and licks himself and he recently started shedding way more than normal. I had tried different shampoos, vitamins, and food but nothing was working. Finally I decided to give this a shot because it wasn't crazy expensive and it came with more treats than most of the other brands and had good reviews. I'm so glad i did! He has only been taking these treats for a few weeks and he is no longer scratching and his shedding is very minimal! This stuff is like magic! He loves the taste too so no fighting with him to take them he feels like its a special treat every time!

My lab was shedding really bad, & early this year, & I didn't want to take her to the vet to spend an arm & leg, so I tried these out. Both dogs love them! And it really does help with the shedding & itching. Dogs love the flavor. Recommend dose is weight-based & I did think it was a little expensive for having to give 1 dog 4/day but it has made a difference. Will definitely buy more!

I very seldom write reviews, but I felt it necessary for this product. We have two 3 year-old male brother, golden retrievers, One of which has always had itchy skin, and during the summer months when we take them to the lake is absolutely miserable. So much so, that we ended up putting him on 10 mg of prednisone for two weeks and then lowering it to 3 mg the rest of the summer out of desperation to help our boy. shampoo and diet did nothing for him. His coat was also dull to the point he looked sick. I probably read over 100 reviews on this product and with a whole lot of skepticism. Thought I would give it a try. Both the pups didn’t care for the taste. Tried to hide it in foods but didn’t have any luck getting them to eat these. Then I tried the squeeze tube of sour cream at the grocery store and they gobble them up with no more hassle. Within the first week we noticed our pup wasn’t itching anymore and within three weeks. His coat coming back in and looking healthy. We are on our second container of these and he looks terrific just like his brother. I should add that our boys are big lads, 111 pounds each. I hope someone else reads this, and it helps them also, because it has been life-changing for our boy. Highly recommend this product!

I bought this for my little terrier who has suffered from sensitive, itchy skin for years. Had tried EVERYTHING to help her, to no avail. Well, started giving her these (1 a day) in October/2020 and she has zero problems with itchiness now. In addition, her hair is so luxurious and has grown so much I have just scheduled a haircut for her (cuz it is so long on the top of her head it gets in her eyes and she doesn't like that. Note: we adopted her as a stray in 2016 and she has never needed a haircut. This product is amazing and I highly recommend it. Oh, but it does stink lol I will find some before and after lics to post...

My dog loves the one labeled "With SALMON OIL". The smell is not as overwhelming nor as greasy. I will have to reorder some for her. The product works well. She does not like the "With WILD ALASKAN SALMON OIL" and will not eat them. They are very oily and have a strong odor. I use my Amazon 'recently ordered' section when I need more, but the two-three previous orders I received the the 'with Salmon Oil' and my last order I received this week was the Wild Alaskan Oil variety. The 5-star ratings for flavor, scent, and softness are correct as it is strong in all three categories. Pay attention when ordering unless your dog loves fish. I have seven bird dogs. I am going to see if any of my other six will eat this variety, otherwise I will dispose of them.

My dog likes these treats, and her skin and coat seem healthy. I don't feed her the suggested amount because she would be eating 3 a day, I like to space then out to 1-2 a day. I have bought these twice and usually I purchase before winter to help her skin adjust to the changing seasons. Make sure your dog is not itching and suffering from fleas bites before you buy this product. We had no exposure or signs of fleas, and were current on topical flea prevention, but apparently as the temperature outside drops, fleas that live in the grass are attracted to your dogs body heat. With most topical flea meds, the flea has to bite the dog for the flea medicine to kill the flea. Get the 3-month flea prevention chew (Bravecto) which prevents fleas (before they bite) and before trying this project if purchasing for itchy skin.

Small chews as far as size. My lab love's them. Her coat is amazing and very dander is evident .over all great price and they seem to be a good fit into our dogs health
