Hill's Science Diet Adult Sensitive Stomach & Skin Large Breed Dry Dog Food, Chicken, 30 lb. Bag

Excellent !

We were having some issues with our boxer who has a sensitive stomach, as well as our Vizsla, we tried other brands, some more expensive than this and low and behold, out of all the brands we tried, this was the absolute best for their stomachs! The texture and size is good, it must taste good since they always eat it, and we have not had any issues (evidence in the backyard) that things have gone amok. Even though it is a bit pricey, we are sticking with Science Diet, whatever is in it, it works!

This food is a bit expensive, but worth the price. Our dog no longer has issues with occasional stomach upset and “spitting up.” The large kibbles are just right for her size and she seems to love it. I will continue to use this product. I recommend this product and the seller.

Back when my dog (4 1/2 yr old, 66 lb Bernedoodle) was a pup, he went to the vet regularly and she always recommended this food especially because he has a very sensitive stomach. Throughout his life he has tried so many but we always end up with this one because it’s the only one he’ll eat consistently without hurting his belly. We went from the puppy sensitive one to this one now that he is older. He runs right to his bowl when I feed him. Yes it’s pricey, but the bag usually lasts about a month (I feed him 1 1/2 cups, twice a day) and it’s worth the quality. He seems to LOVE the taste and have more energy after eating. I will say that there were a couple years where money was tight and I found a great alternative for times like that. It’s the Chicken and Wild Rice at Costco from $40-$50. He would eat it and it not hurt his belly and it would last a month and a half, but it wasn’t his first choice. Anytime I am making consistent money, I’ll always buy him the Hills Science Diet. Point is, most dogs LOVE IT! My roommate feeds her dogs this brand too and they all run to their bowls. Yum and nutritious!

Both of our dogs are large breeds and 7 years old. They started avoiding meals with their old food and having more gas. This change in dog food has been an immediate change! They are always eager for meal time and we have noticed a marked difference in their demeanor and gas issues. Only complaint is that it is quite expensive!

I can't believe how my dogs love this dog food and they've been on it for 2 weeks and they're gaining. Weight looks good and it's working for their fur. It's expensive but I'm going to keep feeding it to him and they seem like they have more energy

My dog has an extremely sensitive stomach and this is the only food that works for him. It is effective in digestion and a high quality product. It is costly but a subscription reduces it significantly. I’d recommend this to anyone with a dog that has allergies or food sensitivity.

I was buying this dog food from my vet, then discovered it was less at Pet Valu. But when I searched on Amazon, it was the lowest price of all. I'm very happy that this heavy bag is delivered right to my door. Same food, same quality and best price over anywhere else.

This food has done wonders for my dogs! My Bernese Mountain dog has severe stomach issues and is able to enjoy his food again without issues!

I am hoping it will stop my dog biting at her feet and lower legs, I think she has an allergy to something in her other food, it will take a bit of time to see if it does the trick. The vet can see no skin problem.

This is the only dog food that my dogs like. Works good for there stomachs but dog food prices are getting a little ridiculously high. I’m trying to find something a little less expensive and is still good for them.

There is no return or exchange option, so I’ll just post a review. We ordered two bags of the large dog breed variety and they sent one large and one small. Not the end of the world, the large dog will just eat the small bits for a month. But he prefers the large bits. The food itself is excellent.
