It won't hold a charge! Battery was dead on arrival and once charged it drained very quickly. Outdated software.

It was nice and in excellent condition except, it didn't come charged. I charged it but it doesn't charge upto 100% only 99%. Bit disappointed about that but otherwise its OK.

The 7th Generation one wouldn’t work on my laptop
Yes it’s just what I needed . My own one which I’ve had for a long time has broken the screen has come away from the iPod. This model is the only one that connects with my old laptop. It worked straight away . Very happy.

Bought January 2025, died March 2026! For some reason it won't charge anymore. Never bought refurb before, won't buy refurb again!

So pleased until.......
This is my second iPod touch and the same thing has happened to both items. It is excellent until it pops out of the casing, the first one did after a few years so. The second one did it after 17months, out of warranty unfortunately, so I'm stuck with a £350 item that is useless, not the least bit impressed.

Produit conforme à ce que j'attendais.Le seul bémol concerne la livraison.Message laissé sur mon téléphone produit livré à la reception avec une photo de différents colis prise devant la loge du gardien qui était fermée à cette heure la. J'étais présent chez moi pourtant. Pouquoi ne peut t'on pas avoir recours systématiquement aux points relais?

Can’t download any apps it’s out dated on the update and you can’t up date it past 12.5.7 so it’s useless can’t FaceTime or text anyone with an Apple product can’t listen to music because all apps need updated
