I immediately noticed a difference within a few seconds of application. I have dermatitis and eczema that is severely itchy and painful. I have tried several different products, some natural and some prescriptions, including steroid creams. Some have worked okay but taken several days to clear up my skin. Others haven't worked at all to stop the intense itching, not even the prescription creams. This is the first that has worked so quickly to relive the itching and pain. After only 1-2 applications, my redness was gone and the itching almost non-existent. See the before and after photos. Some spots are extra stubborn, like those on my scalp, which need more than 2 applications to clear up. However, this makes the pain and itching much more bearable while waiting for the sores to go away completely. This is the first ointment that I only need to use a little for it to work. Many others I have gone through a whole container in less than a month. This product I have probably used about a quarter of the container so far. This means a lot to me because most of the natural salves are so expensive. Even though the price of this may seem high, it really isn't since it only takes a little to bring relief. And 4 oz is lasting me quite a long time. The scent is light and herbal/essential oil smelling. This is no problem for me because I like those scents and it's really light. Also, some products containing manuka honey have a really strong (almost unpleasant) smell - this one doesn't. It's very easy to apply. Just scoop a little onto your finger, then rub it in where you need it. I'm not sure how to describe the texture of the salve but I will try. I really like the feeling compared to some others I have tried. It's solid when you first open it. It will soften up with the warmth of your finger. It feels silky and smooth, and absorbs quickly. You can see a sheen on your skin which some people may call oily or greasy. But it's a very light feeling on my skin in my opinion. Some other salves I have used seem heavier and even waxy feeling. This does not. I definitely recommend trying this if you have itchy or painful skin. Or even just to have on hand for bug bites or cuts. The ingredients in this are really good for your skin health.

This has been the ONLY cream out of many that I have tried for an eczema and allergy dry skin that actually soothed with relief my skin. Yes it's a little bit on the greasy but very silky side and dies take a little longer too absorb but being that this calmed my skin way down from first time application, I'm not going to complain about the greasy part. I personally love the smell of it, I can definitely smell the manuka honey, the tea tree oil a little more powerful but not overpowering. It's a fresh unique smell to me. And of course I cannot complain about any of the ingredients - absolutely No chemicals! Huge huge plus for me, and actually would have never bought in the first place had it any chemical or questionable ingredients. Id say give it a try especially if you have autoimmune/ eczema skin. I love it!!

This cream is a life saver for my sensitive dry skin. It soaks in quickly to my skin and feels softer right away. It helped clear up my psoriasis outbreak on my face within 2 weeks. I had struggled for months to get it clear and this did it. It is very earthy smelling but it works so well. I use it all over my body where I’m feeling extra dry now and within a week my skin is hydrated.

I loooove this! I am constantly searching for something to help my extra dry autoimmune skin that breaks out in eczema rashes or i get acne with anything I use. So very happy with this cream, my skin is improving, no rashes, long lasting moisturizing. The fragrance is strong when you 1st apply it, but it dies down quickly and the smell is good. I think I've just gone so long avoiding fragrances because they almost always cause break out, that it all smells strong to me. I even took this moisturizer to rub my hubby's back and the eucalyptus scent was so calming for him he fell asleep. I will be buying more products from this company in the future.

This seems to be a great cream and does help with eczema itching and dryness. However, it has a very strong scent that is overpowering to me. It's not a unpleasant scent, just very strong. I probably won't order this cream again because of the smell. I am sensitive to fragrances and try to avoid strong scents, even from essential oils.

I'm 77 yrs old and just came down with contact dermatitis they call it from using cheap eyeshadow makeup. My makeup is all quality but one day I just bought that store one for colors and it caused this. Dr prescribed two meds 4X day every day for a month. Just started using them with not any relief yet and the severe itching was very painful with no lotion, creams, or ointments using helped at all. The cream they gave me at the office felt like Elmers Glue on my face and still itched. I'm posting the photos just in case someone else may be at their wits end and maybe get help with trying this product. I started using Manuka on the third day and am getting much relief from the redness and swelling and the ITCH is gone. I've got almost three more weeks of these harsh drugs that they insist on finishing all but its already much better from the Manuka product I'm using on my face. It goes on smoothly and thin, feels nice and has a light scent.

Me and my daughter get gluten rashes and the itch is so bad that it did stop the itching . But it made the skin burn and open up some wounds in my skin keeps peeling. That’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. The burning hurts bad and it wakes me up at night. Wish I never used this product. Cause it’s been over 30 days since I used it and still got those burning issues.

I highly recommend this cream. I bought this just from doing a search for a natural cream to help with contact dermatitis. I had gotten a topical cream from the doctor when I went in. The cream they prescribed burned my skin severely and made the rash worse. This cream not only healed the blisters but in just a week, the severe red burn is almost gone.
