The media could not be loaded. In my prior home, I had the same toilet seats in a gray marble. I purchased the white marble this time because it goes better in my new home. The soft clothes is actually very adjustable and it not only controls the lid but it controls how the seat comes down also. I am by myself so I don't worry about the seat going down that fast. Lol. They are very classic looking and add a nice little something to a relatively plain bathroom. I highly recommend you this manufacturer!

After purchasing eight toilet seats since 2021 due to constant splitting and cracking, this was purchased in July of 2024, less than a year ago, since I thought it would last longer. It's very pretty marble, and sturdy but very cold. Worst of all, in less than a year, it no longer stays connected. I'm the only one who uses it, (NOT a heavy person) and it now literally bucks me off during the clean up operation. Cannot use it any longer, so will go back to ordering cheapies every six months.

It's a beautiful toilet seat but beware of quality control issues relative to manufacturing. There were a few defects. Very easy to assemble. I will return the defective seat and order the same one again. Hopefully, the second time is the charm.
