Sperry Men's Tarpon 2-Eye Boat Shoe

Nice shoe. Fits true for me. Looks good.

This is my second pair of Sperry Boat Shoes I've purchased. I abs0lutely love the first pair which I've worn for over two years. They fit very well and I could wear them all day in complete comfort and that could include walking long distances. The soles still have plenty of tread remaining. The only wear is shown at the very back of the sole and that is the result of lots of walking. My new shoes are a slightly different style. They fit well right out of the box and I anticipate spending a lot of enjoying them.

Thank you so much for having the new shoes here before Father’s Day!!! My husband was thrilled!! They were just like the ones he’d outgrown (after 10ths) and he commented how comfortable they felt. He wore them all day and was so happy and they look great! Comfort, style, quality, and durability what more can you ask for?!

These are well made shoes. I have issues with plantar, and these shoes have good arch support, and a nice substantial sole. So, these shoes are very good for me. They do run more narrow than my other shoes. Normally, I wear a 9.5 medium, so i ordered a 9.5W (wide), and they fit well. They also run just a very little bit shorter than my other boat shoes (Timberland and Dunhams). But actually the length is pretty close. Also, what I like about these shoes versus my other boat shoes, is the lighter color, and the vents on the sides of the shoes. These should make them cooler on those really hot days.

For years --- When I started heading on a boat or in the Carib 20 or so years ago, I was recommended Sperry Topsiders. Since I see 70% of men wearing the same, I made the right choice. When I go.... let me be on a sailboat with a Ting in my hand and my topsiders on! So what is the issue................ I can never keep one of them tided, seems that one of them, on all three pair, have one that just doesn't want to stay tied.

Runs big so I had to return them. Nice quality and would have kept them. Didn’t have the size I needed to reorder.

I am very happy with this shoe I love the looks and it feels pretty good too. It is my second pair of Sperry boat shoes, the first has lasted a long time and is still in decent shape. I would recommend Sperry to anyone looking for this type of shoe.
