While approaching retirement age, I naturally had concerns of memory loss. After research, followed by a friend’s neurologist recommending it for the same reason, I decided to try it. This was at least 3 or 4 years ago, and well past time to share my experiences using Choline and Inositol. After taking it daily, for approximately 2 or 3 months, I realized my recall of facts, names, dates, etc, was not only much improved, but much quicker during conversation. That alone was reason enough to keep taking it, but something else very unexpected had already happened. After only 1 month, I noticed my hair fallout had reduced noticeably. It had been a significant problem, for a while, likely due to age or an existing thyroid condition. Within 2 to 3 months, the hair loss was not only resolved, but there was new growth and it was growing faster. During my next checkup, I told my doctor about what had happened. He started asking questions and taking notes. Then he stated his niece, in her 20s, was losing her hair, and had not found anything to help. He said he was going to recommend she try it. About 6 to 12 months later, I was back in his office and asked if it had helped her. He said, yes, it had stopped her hair loss, and she’d had regrowth, as well. That was a wonderful thing to hear, especially imagining how traumatic it must have been for a young adult. After 2 or 3 years, I became lackadaisical and stopped taking it for close to a year. Yeah, I know not smart because the old issues returned. When I started back taking it again, I wondered if I would have the same positive results as before ...... and, I am very happy to report, Yes I Have! Hair and memory/recall both are good again. I realize not everyone has the same outcome, but mine has been positive ..... both times. Hopefully by sharing my story, I can help one more person.

I have been taken these for a couple of weeks now. Too soon to tell if they enhance my well being. But for me no news is good news, because when things show up early its usually unwanted side effects. Which for this choline & inositol supplement I have not experienced any side effects. Which is good news. So now I can take them for the long haul with positive expectancy they will serve their intended purpose for better- liver & gall bladder health and who knows what else. I am glad for the purchase from Now products, great company.

Big capsules but I’m good at swallowing large things so it doesn’t bother me. I’m not sure how well they work as far as improving my cognitive ability but I am having more dreams so that’s something. I don’t eat much meat so I like that there is Choline. Again, I don’t know if it’s doing anything to help or not but for the low price I’m willing to take the gamble, added it to our subscribe and save

Llevé enfermeros hacer la práctica y tengo enfermeros que eran enfermeros míos prácticos que ahora son supervisores, así que por favor busquen en Google para que compren sus suplementos, no es un pote, nada más de multivitaminas, hay suplementos que hay que beber los distintos separarlos en magnesio el Chol En La Gina hay que tener la parte del Q10 que es muy importante hay muchas cosas les puedo dar una clase de vitamina pero en verdad estoy enferma no puedo hacer videos estoy descompensada voy a ver si duermo pero

I purchased this product because I have Restless Leg Syndrome. I wanted to take a supplement as opposed to a prescription. I started taking it on June 19th. It works great for the RLS, but I experienced weight gain and water retention. I stopped taking it as of yesterday and I am hoping my weight goes back to normal soon. I researched it and it seems other people have the same issue, not with this particular brand , but with choline and inositol in general.

I bought this after going months where dream sleep was really hard to get. When I took the pill for the first time I hadn't had a dream in weeks. I started dreaming again without issues that night and they have been much more vivid while on this. I also feel more focused and mentally stronger than I had been. Less brain farts and I have an easier time remember why I walked into a room.

I hope this works on my husband. I believe he will feel the differences. Looking forward to a good result

My body doesn’t like oily foods. I have a capsule of Choline & Inositol after food so that the oil in the food doesn’t make me cough and helps not put on inches !!! It really helps balance the fat in my system. It may not do the same for others. But it sure works for me. My husband likes it too. I am just ordering three more bottles.
