The product is good, vials are bad this time
I have been using Ecrinal for some time now based on recommendations from my dermatologist. It has been easy to use, however this most recent package I got, every time I try to use any vial it breaks unevenly and the plastic applicator got torn because of the uneven vial end, not just one vial had this issue but all of the vials I used so far. I needed to practice extreme caution not to injure my self. Unfortunately as the glass applicator was torn, I lost a lot of the product itself while using it. This problem is new to the product and have not experienced it before with my previous packages.
