Marriage's Very Strong Canadian White Flour 1.5kg

During lockdown, when no bread flour (no flour, period) was procurable, I paid well over the odds for this, as my husband makes bread at home using a Panasonic bread maker. His verdict was: “the best bread flour I have ever used”. But the cost is extraordinary too.

I had read some review for other bread making flours which mention this Canadian flour. Unless I just got very lucky this bread came out amazing. The bread is light and fluffy. And lovely toasted.

Everything about this product is brilliant excepting I really really wish it was cheaper that is the only downfall. We love it. No belly pains and makes incredible bread.

Works well for me when making sourdough, which is exactly why I bought it.

This strong Canadian flour makes beautifully textured, flavourful bread. It also keeps well, provided you can resist eating it all in one day. thus reducing waste.

Great canadian flour. A little expensive during the pandemic .

I love to bake bread and I found this flour to do a much better bake than the regular flours that I can buy in my grocery store here in Canada.

Amazing bread flour. So much better than King Arthur. Protein content is a little higher as well. It makes for a better shape loaf of bread, and taste great too.

Very good flour for sourdough bread

First, my friends laughed in Canada when they found out how much I paid for it ,then it had a bad expiration date on it. By the time I use it, it will expire.

It’s a very good bread flour. It increases the chance of success! Watch the date though, it’s not as effective after it expires.
