OMG! This product is so amazing. During 2 weeks of cleanse, I did not take any carbs. I used brown and ghee butter to cook all my steaks, minimized seasoning use, didnt drink anything but water, lots of fresh and steamed veggies. I did not use this product to lose weight but lost total 11 pounds and it has been 2 months now and I have not gained any weight back (continue to eat clean and exercise) first week was very hard but, I started to crave healthier food and started to enjoy the change. I was actually able to see and feel the change. Obvious thing was just overall losing weight (11lbs in 2 weeks), skin was glowing, hair started to feel healthier, reduce the bloating and swellings, more energy, and stop feeling tire and feeling under the weather which, was the main reason why I started. I am planning to use this product 1~2 a year moving forward to clean toxic out. oh by the way- if you eat clean and cut all the carbs out you will feel so amazing.

Cleanse is easy to use. It works my bowels are clean and my tongue is pink - no white coating the tongue which is a good sign of health healing. The tongue is an important indicator of our health and can provide clues about what is going on within our body. For instance, it is linked to many of our vital organs and the different colors, textures, coatings, and shapes of the tongue can give information regarding our health. I am impressed the results of this cleanse. Read the instructions and ingredient list before use.

I had good luck with this cleanse. It was my first one and wasn't sure what to expect. I was thankful to find out it wasn't a "turbo" cleanse. It was easy to follow the directions for 2 weeks and I did feel progressively better through the process starting around day #4. I didn't track my weight, as I don't think this cleanse is meant for that and I do not believe I shed any pounds in the process, though I am a reasonably healthy middle aged man already. After the cleanse I seemed to feel a bit more motivated, a heightened mental awareness, and a slight overal improvement in my general feeling of health. I felt slightly better for several weeks after the cleanse, then felt "normal" again (which would be expected since I didn't make any overall changes to my routines of eating or activity). I rated the product 4 stars since it seemed to help my body perform better for a while. A thing I learned while on this cleanse (NOT the fault of this product): DON'T DRINK TOO MUCH WATER. The instructions say to drink plenty of water while taking this product, and to include an 8-ounce glasses of water with each dosage. The detailed instructions included with the package tell you to drink 8 to 10 glasses of purified water per day. Well I figured if 8 to 10 was good, more had to be better, and drank 17 glasses before noon. I wound up giving myself symptoms similar to hyponatremia which included a very uncomfortable headache like I had never experienced. I share this experience in the hopes that inexperienced cleansers like myself don't decide to stray from the instructions in the hopes of even better results and put themselves at risk for serious health complications. I highly recommend following all instructions with the package.

Bought two packs and both my husband and I used it for two weeks. We were hoping to lose some weight while "cleaning out our systems". The product claims to "Detoxify with herbal cleanse and Eliminate with Colon Cleanse". I think it was effective for my husband who went to the bathroom 4-5 times daily while using this but no weight loss occurred for him. As for me, it didn't do a single thing. Other than the free sample natural laxative that comes inside, there was no "Cleansing" going on other than my normal routine. I get better results from OTC laxatives. Also, you have to take 10 pills daily, spread out thru the day. It's quite a commitment so be prepared for that and to drink plenty of water. We were drinking over a gallon a day and we are both active, healthy individuals. Sorry this review is mixed, as the product worked for him but not me.

I have used this product twice now and both times I have loved the results. While a small amount of weight loss does happen that is not and should not be the sole purpose that this is used for. This is a cleanse... so yes that means you are going to poop, and probably poop a lot more than you are used to. Drinking the correct amount of water is 100% key. I make an effort to drink my required 80 oz ( yes people different body sizes and lifestyles will require different amount of water daily so you should know that BEFORE you start) while doing these. I have had pretty much zero cramping during this aside from the Oh i need to go feeling. The couple of things I really enjoyed about this cleanse was the pills do not have that nasty after taste, and they were a manageable size. When done correctly you really do feel more energized and refreshed after this. I highly recommend.

Bought these to use as a cleanse before our wedding. Neither my spouse nor I noticed a single change (aside from more bathroom visits) despite eating healthy the entire time. It didnt cause cramping but it also didnt work so.... You have to go through their 1-800 number to supposidly get your full refund as they claim they have a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. I attempted to call the number, the computer states they are currently open, but then says the call can't be transferred goodbye and hangs up on you 🙄 there is an option to leave a vm which I did but I'm incredibly skeptical about ever hearing from this company. Seems like a total scam and I wouldnt waste the money. Will edit my review if something changes. Edit: Amazon was phenomenal, as always, and stepped in to refund me despite it being passed Amazons return time because of this company refusing to respond. Do NOT buy from this company, and big thanks for Amazon being wonderful as always!!

I am on day 7 of this cleanse. My bowel movements have increased but with no urgency requiring me to stay near a bathroom and with no excessively loose stool. The first day or two, I had a mild, fleeting stomach discomfort after taking the fiber pills but barely noticeable. The fact that my bowel movements have increased tells me that toxic material is being eliminated. I haven't had a huge change in energy etc. but I have had much less sleep than usual this week -not related to the product, just busy- so I can't say if I would have all things being equal. All in all, this is gentle and seems effective. I would recommend it!

So, this review may be a little personal but it may give some insight to others out there who have the same issue... So, I initially took this cleanse as a routine body maintenance and thought I needed a body reboot but it had another pleasantly unexpected result. For as long as I can remember my menses have been the bain of my existence. They always came with fever, cramps that felt like I was under attack every month, painful bowel movements, diarrhea, sore painful enlarged breasts and horrendous mood swings to top it all off. After taking this cleanse it ALL STOPPED. My cycle has regulated, no more mood swings no more pain. Its been 6 months since I've taken the cleanse and the result is still the same, I honestly thought that was how my cycle was going to be forever - tortured every month but I feel great! I will probably do this cleanse once a year.
