This was my first cleanse of this type. I've done the Ultimate Cleanse and juice cleanses before, as well as a water fast. Another reviewer suggested starting this on a Thursday as Day 3 and 4 are heavy bathroom days. I followed this protocol along with taking OilSmart, FiberSmart, and 50 Billion Probiotic as recommended by Renew Life. My diet is consistent with the diet plan provided, thus no change. Day 1: No change. Day 2: Noticeable difference in BM, nothing too crazy. (Bloating and minor gas) Day 3: Peak day of elimination overall. Several bathroom trips. (Minor cramping and gas) Day 4: Very little movement, reduced fiber powered as recommended by Renew Life. Stayed with one dose of powered for the duration. Day 5: Second biggest elimination day. Noticeable difference in complexion and energy level increase. (Minor cramping) Day 6: Three movements, energy and stamina increase. Day 7: Three movements, energy and stamina increase. Noticeable improvement to complexion and breath. I would highly recommend this. I've always suffered from constipation, it's been over a week and my energy levels have not decreased, I'm sleeping better and shorter, and elimination is consistent. I've started the Liver Detox and Total Body Cleanse as I still felt more could be done. Follow the instructions, by far the easiest cleanse I've tried.

Products like this are hard to review because as our bodies are made up of the same things, each persons chemistry and sensitivities are completely different. So its understandable that we would each have a different experience. In my experience, this product was gentle but effective. It is made with all natural ingredients including magnesium and is not full of stimulants like Bisacodyl or Sennosides which are found in laxatives. Because of this I had no "accidents" or even any close calls during the 7 days. I did not fear leaving my house or stay glued to a bathroom for any amount of time. I didn't lack energy at any point, if anything I felt more energy and slept like a baby every night. I chose to use it along with a no sugar, no caffeine, no alcohol, vegan diet (with the occasional salmon filet for some extra protein and Omegas). Which is what I credit my headaches to, considering that I am an avid coffee and alcohol drinker. After all was said and done, I was down 12 lbs and felt great. I will definitely be using this product again. I plan on trying the 2 week cleanse next.

Overview: First I must be a dummy because I did not understand the instructions which are also shown in the directions section on this site. Basically you take two Rapid Clease I pills in the morning along with a scoop of the fiber (Rapid Cleanse III) and you two Rapid Cleanse II pills in the evening along with another scoop of the fiber. Now the fiber does desolve completely as it says but it may take more than one cup of water. There is no other guess work involved. I thought when I received it with the instructions that I had to look at the number of pills and divide them according to the amount shown on the bottle and the serving size. I don't know what I was thinking there. I was just making it harder than it is I guess. In case your wondering this product did not give me the squirts at all while I was on it but it did make my bowls move more often. I was still able to do my normal daily activities and I have sensitive bowls because of my arthritis. I frequently only go once a day and this has helped me to go at least two times a day now even after being done with the program. In searching the internet and watching infomercials you here all kinds of things about crap that may are may not be true. I thing I heard is that the turd is suppose be be as long as your forearm and as thick as your wrist if you colon is working properly. Sounds true if you are only going once a day. I have have plenty like that. Thank God for toilet plungers! I also heard that you should be going within a few hours after every meal. That would be like at least 2 to 3 times a day depending on the size of the meals? In my opinion we don't get the required amount of fiber in our diets that we need and we don't drink enough water or water based liquids like tea, coffee, concentrated juices, koolaid, and vitaminwater. As Adults Males are suppose to get 35-40 grams of fiber per day and females 28-35. Our sodium, sugar, and white flour diets do not give us these requirements. I personally have a bowl of FiberOne cereal a day (it does not taste as much like cardboard as they say) and have switched to using ground wheat flour for baking, wheat noodles, and wheat bread made with ground wheat flour. Sure they cost more but your health is worth it! In doing this I go at least twice a day now and sometimes even 3. I also have been making sure that I get at least close to 8/8oz. glasses of water. In general I have been feeling better since correcting my diet. Though I still can't walk away from those damn milk shakes! In closing I do think that this program is beneficial in getting things moving the right direction. I didn't get craps or a lot of gas either. I don't know what is coming out of people on the poop websites that shows you gross stuff but nothing like that came out either. There is no way that I would pay the hundreds of dollars that those people payed to be on those programs. If things are that bad ask a colon doctor what normal bowl habits should be like. They will give you the facts for sure. I believe that I was told that it just depends on the person. For most people it takes up to 24 hours to pass a bowl but some do go 2-3 times per day. As long as it is not taking more than three days then everything is fine is my understanding.

This worked well for me. It did not start "working" until the second or third day but I did use this product all the way through. I felt cleaner and less bloated afterward. I recommend allowing yourself plenty of time to use it (full days allotted) so that you won't be "stuck" somewhere. I would only use this product a few times a year simply because it's not good to cleanse more than that amount of time. As far as taste, I could tell none (bland). A lot of folks don't like the taste of things but to me, if it's healthy, that shouldn't matter. Just chug it down. Anyways, I didn't lose any weight per se but felt good.

Did not do a cleanse but instead made me feel bloated and constipated. Do not recommend.

Had high hopes for this product based on the previous reviews. But to be honest, not really sure if I can tell whether it's doing anything much...I don't feel any cleaner - my skin doesn't appear to be any clearer or cleaner than usual (usually a good external indicator), my bowel movements haven't changed from the usual, I can't feel anything different to the usual... I bought it because I'd been on a few benders recently with the red meat & alcohol, and (unusually for me) coffee, and as a result had experienced an outbreak of greasy skin and a few spots (also unusual for me), and had been having some trouble shaking it through the usual detox methods (less oily food, more water, veg, fibre, etc.) Now, a week before taking it I started eating granola &/or meusli + fruit for breakfast (which I don't normally do) and the extra fibre seemed to start clearing things up a little bit anyway...but still not back to normal - but taking this product hasn't improved on that as far as I can tell. It may simply be that the effect it was going to have, was basically what the granola + fruit did naturally...hard to say - but either way, I guess that means it's effects are certainly nothing special that you couldn't just get from a bowl of granola/meusli + some fruit every day. ...and that's far preferable to the acacia fibre in this product - which is a pain to try and dissolve in water (always ends up lumpy whether I shake, or stir, or whatever) - and frankly, tastes a little bit like slightly soapy water. I don't want to sound too harsh on this product though, as it may be doing something subtle that I just havent noticed yet (I'm on the last day, so it's not quite over yet)...it's just that it's not doing anything as spectacularly noticeable as I'd hoped for I guess.

I bought this product to go along with a natural food diet that I found that was recommended by a nutritionist to kick start my way to losing ten pounds. The product worked great. The first couple days you will not notice much. I agree with other reviews to stay home day 3 and 4, because bathroom trips may be frequent (but, not uncomfortable). Not only can you tell the product is cleansing, but I also had a boost of energy by day 5 that was undeniable. I weighed myself the first morning and then on morning eight after the cleanse and I lost 3.5 lbs. Great way to jump start a diet with a fresh internal system and good energy!

Works like magic. Always has. Everyone MUST do this. Those that are having issues with it being chunky- not dissolving in water (Ill help you out- since Ive been using this for decades) Have one water bottle out in room temperature with some water left it in, get a business card, fold it in half, pour the scoop in the card then in that water bottle, shake it, then add cold water to it. Simple! *FYI- I dont work for this company nor was it given to me for free but they should 😉

Flavourless and fast acting. Box arrived squished and torn open already.

I have used many of there products and am usually happy with them all!. This one they decided to make a powder to add to liquid, I tried many mixtures to no success. The powder clumps and does not dissolve! I would have to take the chunks with a spoon quickly swallow and chase with juice as the texture was thick and slimy. The pills were normal. I also got a lot of cramping and bloating which is abnormal for my usual cleanses with this company. Don't waste your money on this one. They have others that are better out there!

Will use this product again and have recommended it to friends and family

The only thing that I'd like to say about this 7 day detox is that you'll get a fibre powder bottle that lasts for only six days. I thought it was my bottle that only lasted for six days but my whole family also ran out by the sixth day as well. Disappointed with the company. So we couldn't use the fibre powder on our seven day. That's the only reason why I give a four star. But I'll stick to 30 day cleanse rather than 7 day cleanse. A lot of people here complained about the fibre powder not being dissolved in the water, if you allow the powder to sit in the water for an hour or so in the refrigerator you don't need to spoon out the powder clumps. I usually make my evening fibre powder in advance after taking my morning pills with fibre water, and it works! :)

This is no Wild Rose cleanse. Honestly I am on day three of this kit and....nothing. I am used to being a bit drained and more "movements", but there is nothing with this. Maybe at the end of the kit? The powder needs a revamp though man. When you add water to it, it's like drinking a glass of snot chunks. I tried using warm water and that helped maybe a little. It's sick! Overall, not happy with this kit. I wish Wild Rose would come back.
