I am looking for the pachmayr grips with model # pach-05136 to put on my SW 340. Would these be the product?

They should fit all J Frames. I shoot a 636 Airweight. Opinions about gun grips are v. subjective so even though I love them, you may not feel the same way. The only way to tell is to put them on your gun and go shooting. Good Luck.

I would think so as that is essentially, a copy of the Smith and Wesson J-frame. But, no guarantees. Grips can be easy to modify if you are fairly handy just remember, never modify the gun to fit the grips - always the other way around.
