It doesn’t feel like a Delta faucet. Parts are mostly plastic and especially the temperature handle. The temperature handle doesn’t fit snug and feels like it will snap out or get broken any time. It is hard to adjust the hot water limits when installing. We bought it for the shower head and temperature adjustment. It looks nice for sure.

As others have said, it is mainly plastic! I was also surprised to find out that even the spout itself is plastic. only the square cover and the pressure valve handle are metal, the rest is all plastic. But, regardless it seems to be of good quality and I don't mind, I've had heavier heads fall off and smash my toes, this one doesn't seem to have that problem, so although I'd prefer the durable feeling of metal, I can't imagine this having any problems with construction. and my toes are happy! Also, much cheaper here than in big box stores! I think due to my prime membership mostly, paid itself off this month!

Happy with our new attachment, we refinished our whole tub area and wanted a nice looking shower kit that also was easy to use. We love the detachable sprayer that makes cleaning the tub easy and like the feature of turning off the water on the attachment when shaving legs, no wasted water.

I thought shower components were supposed to be metal. Guess I was wrong. This setup is not good. If I were not stuck with the contractor coming to install and can't get a replacement fast enough I would have returned this. The part where the hand held clips into the other showerhead is unbelievably hard to work. If we installed that it would have ripped the thing off the wall - it is that hard to remove and replace. The valve trim handle is metal on the large handle but plastic on the other - why can't they make both pieces out of metal? How long is this going to last before the plastic fades or gets scratched? The worst part is the tub filler part. That is 100% plastic. It looks like finger prints will stick to it a lot. It is hard to wipe off the fingerprints. Time will tell if we replace that. We already bought another showerhead with handle to replace this one. We are stuck because we thought for the price it would be a quality part. The only reason we didn't return it is we need the valve and thought the idea of being able to switch out the trim at a later date was a great idea. Hopefully we don't regret this later.

The temperature and flow valving system works great however, switching from the tub spout to shower is miserable. It does not seal fully and water leaks out the spout while taking a shower. Sometimes it leaks considerably to where it affects the shower water flow. To remedy this the water needs to be shut off and try again. One thing to note: Because the spout for the tub is flat on the top, water droplets form and do not run off. This causes water spots that are next to impossible to clean without scrubbing. It is extremely long and sticks out like an albatross and looks out of place. Every morning I am reminded of this and after spending this amount of money, I expected better.

The dual heads on this are great. The hose is long enough to spray the opposite wall. The control for turning the faucet on and off has a helpful feature - you can set a water temperature that you like, and leave the smaller handle set to that, but use the larger handle to turn the water on and off. The temperature goes back to "just the way you like it" each time. I did used to have a hanger on the shower for shampoos, soaps, etc. and there is no room for that to hang from it anymore. My plumber recommended Delta fixtures for remodeling my house. He especially suggested the In2ition for the showers. Great advice.

Put this in our shower when building our house . Using it for about 9 months and absolutely love it. Love the different options it has can use both heads or turn one of them off also can change how it sprays. Want to get one for the kids bathroom. I wanted the two shower heads but most that I looked at had too many different handles/knobs and most came separate from the main shower head and all were chrome color and I really wanted a brushed nickel color.
