Great product! Antioxidants are very important. However these are very hard to chew and leave a funny aftertaste.

I'm on my second bottle, can't swallow pills so I empty two capsules in the morning with other supplements into a large drink and mix them up. I like that the bottle is blueish with a red label so that I can quickly tell it apart from my other supplements.

Pomegranate seems to be highly recommended by nutritionists and this is exactly what I was looking for. No stomach upset. Good price too.

They didn’t change anything for me. I checked out the health benefits and while I understand that not everything is noticeably visible. Nothing changed after several months of taking these. I go for checkups frequently because of other health issues. They aren’t bad. No notable side effects or anything. They just didn’t have any effects on me.

I have been taking this product and love it. Will order more soon. Easy to swallow and no upset stomach. The capsules are green I don’t know why I was thinking it would be red or purple color. I take one in the morning and one in afternoon.
