Great color, perfect size for my use
I got these to make a chain bracelet. The rings are definitely small, but perfect for my purpose as components for a chain. If you want them as a jump ring for a clasp, I would size up.The gold is a nice rich color. It's gold plated stainless steel, so it's definitely not designed for everyday use and continuous wear. Even as such, nothing tarnished in the process of making it (which requires quite a bit of handling). It definitely feels like a stainless steel (not a brass) as it's quite a bit harder than most of the brass alloys I work with.Each ring is closed very precisely (no gaps) which is great for when you don't need to open a ring up. It's closed well enough that sometime it was hard to see the seam to open the ring, which is impressive.For the price it can't be beat.

No durability - gold comes off within a day!
Absolutely unusable for a jewelry business or if you want something just slightly durable!These jump rings turn silver within 1-2 days - the gold instantly rubs off. Rubbish!But also not really worth sending it back for 6usd... so please... take my word and look elsewhere!

They are beautiful. I got 4mm and they were accurate sizing. There was resistance when opening up with jewelry pliers, which is always a good sign. I read reviews that they tarnished easily but since I just got them I can't say how durable they are. I will update my review if I notice any issues.

Way smaller than 4mm
Not a chance that these are 4mm. Won’t even begin to go on a bar that is 3 mm can go all the way In a bead that has a 4mm opening easily. Bag says 4mm so I know I wasn’t accidentally sent the wrong one. Color wise they look pretty, not too yellow. At an eyes glance I think they would fit snugly on the stick of a thin Q tip?
