I’ve just got a set of these and the middle bracket moves left and right about 1cm each way. Is this normal ?

Yes, you must tighten to lock in desired position. Suggest using screw at each side to prevent weight of speakers toppling them from the bracket.

Will these work for yamaha hs5 monitors? https://www.amazon.co.uk/hs-5-studiomonitor-active/dp/b00chzg5ku

Dear Tom W, Thank you very much for your question! The Speaker Wall Mounting Bracket applicable width of speaker should between 135 to 280mm，applicable height of 0 to 241mm. These will work for Yamaha hs5 monitors. Thanks！ Warmest regards， zeyi

can they be attached to plasterboard?

Hi, yes of course with the correct rawl plugs, I hung two Dali Spektor 2 on mine with the rawl plugs supplied and they are fine on plasterboard. These speakers are 4.2KGs each, if you have much heavier speakers I would use some more suitable plasterboard plugs. I hope this helps.

Will these work with a Sonos Five speaker?

Dear customer, Thanks for your question. The size of this speaker does not qualify. Warmest regards, zeyi
